Thank you for taking a moment to read our terms of use and acceptable use policy. All members will be required to follow these terms even if they have not been fully read. Please understand that on this page we tell you what you can and cannot do with the items inside of our member's area thus making them lengthy as not to be vague or leave anything out. However, if something is not mentioned here please ask and never assume!
Please remember, this is as good as a legal and binding contract.

 Section 1: Membership Requirements

 You do not have to have a website to join.

 You must display my membership logo and/or have a clickable link to us on your website, if you have one. This logo and/or link must be in place within 7 days of purchasing your membership. If you do not have a website, a link must be provided back to us when using items from our member's area.

 Your membership logo must remain on your site during your valid membership time. Once you allow your membership to expire, you need only link back to Tinsel Town Tubes if you are still using content from the member's area.

 We save all tubes in .gif format. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are capable of using such format to create with.

You must be subscribed to the update notifications if you are an active member.

 Section 2: You May...

 Tubes may be used to create websets, signature tags, WordPress themes, stationary, premades, etc. You must at all times protect the integrity of the original tubes when showing them on your website by means of the no right click script.

 You may gain a profit from the use of tubes.

 You may use the tubes for gift items, for free, and/or for forum currency.

 Section 3: You May Not...

 You may not place these tubes inside of your member's area, share them through e-mail, groups, CD's, eBay, or any other method of sharing.
They're here for you and you only.

 You may not use the tubes "as is" when creating, add to them including more tubes from here, graphics from other places, or your imagination. Do something to make your final product your own creation and unique idea. One tube + Text is not a creation. Two Tubes + Text is not a creation.

You may not use tubes on websites such as Live Journal, My Space, or Facebook unless a protective grid is placed over the graphics. ANY site that does not allow you to use the protection scripts is prohibited when using tubes from Tinsel Town.

 You may not recolor, resize or alter these tubes in any way, unless otherwise stated. If you would like to have a specific tube look a different way, please contact us.

 You may not claim the tubes made here as your own. As we do not claim to have made the line art that we color for this site except where our own credit is due.

 You may not use these tubes for digitalizing, scrap booking or any mass production.

 You may not add our graphics to your site for download to anyone, this includes clipart or creatable. The graphic you make must be an end use product. End use means something that is totally finished and can no longer be used to create something else with. i.e. sig tag blanks, premade blanks etc..etc. Should you have any question, please contact us beforehand.

 You may not share your username and password with anyone! If you are caught doing so your membership will instantly be terminated and you will not receive a refund nor will you be allowed to rejoin. If for any reason you may need to use more than one IP address, please contact us prior to joining.

You may not request sig tags unless you have purchased a siggy access membership.

You may not tube any lineart within the member's area unless you have purchased a Tinsel Town Tubing license. The Tubes you make using lineart may be offered inside your member's area or sold as tube packs on your website. They may NOT be offered if you sell an as is license!

 Section 4: Our Rights

 We reserve the right to deny membership to any person at any time for any reason that we see fit.

 We reserve the right to add, change, and modify these terms of use at any time.

 We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, and/or lock out any member for term violations with no refund.

 We reserve the right to ask for a valid username and password to your member's area should we be suspicious of term violations. This is not to "call you out" as it would be more to clear the situation and your name.

 We reserve the right to question term violations made by any members from other websites. If you cannot follow the terms of another site, how will you be able to follow ours? Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend your membership here for term violations of another website.

 All term violations will be filtered through us and handled in any manner that we see fit, according to these terms.

 Section 5: Miscellaneous

Tag Access and tube licenses are available for an additional cost. You will be able to sign up once you have paid for your membership to Tinsel Town.

 Once you have paid and been issued your username and password, there are no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 You must add a clickable text link back to Tinsel Town Tubes on all web sets, stationary and word press themes that you create using our tubes. These links must not be removable. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If joined at a "non sale" time, I will not change, allow you to pay the difference of your membership or offer a refund at a sale time.

 We will not tolerate any slander, hate, rude e-mails, comments regarding our website, our tubes, or ourselves. Verification of such things happening will mean instant termination of your account with no refund. Please check any drama baggage at the login page. Thank you!
